On leaves and dust

Giuliana shares two haiku poems, which are of a unique Japanese poetic form and style.

when do the leaves change?

they are still soft and alive

the sun is still bright

when will the sun fade?

slowly, soon enough, my love

do not rush goodbyes

dusty floor and table

how disgusting, these remnants

what we leave behind

perhaps dust unsettles

because it only gathers

where people do not

dirty house with dust

not only unclean, unused

unlived in, alone
